Screen Printed Logos on Soccer Uniforms and Apparel - min. order of 12 items
We offer in-house screen-printing of soccer team logos on our Code Four Athletics soccer uniforms, warm-ups and apparel. We require a minimum initial order of 12 items with the same soccer logo. There is no set-up fee.

Pocket logo (up to 4" size), one color: $6.75 ea.
Chest logo (up to 10" size), one color: $8.75 ea.

Numbers, Names on soccer jerseys, warm-ups
Our heat-seal numbers and lettering come in black or white. Other colors are available by special order for an additional charge.
Player numbers on jerseys, warm-ups: $2.00 ea. (1 or 2 digits).
Varsity 2" lettering for player names: $6.00 ea.
Typical size is 8" number on back of jerseys; 4" size on front of jerseys; 2" number on warm-ups.
Embroidery on soccer warm-ups
We offer several options for in-stock embroidery on warm-ups and other apparel using a standard typeface and several soccer graphics. Team names are 1/2" in size; player numbers are 3/4" in size.
Price: $9.50 per placement - includes team name, one soccer graphic and player number grouped together; typical placement is on the wearer's left chest of the jacket. Number is also included on the wearer's left pocket of the pants.
Embroidery is available in several different colors. Some in-stock designs may be altered to reflect your team colors. For special requests, such as custom embroidered logos, please Contact Us.
